Pets on Focus — Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Pets on Focus app ("the app"), made by Phyo Lin Mg ("we"). By using the app you agree to them. Questions: phyolinmg.dev@gmail.com.

Using the app

You may use the app for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please don't copy, modify, resell or reverse engineer it, or use it to break the law.

Coins and items

Coins are earned by finishing focus sessions or bought as coin packs. Coins and the items bought with them have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be moved to another person. They are stored on your device: they come back after a reinstall only through your device's own backup (Android Auto Backup or iCloud Backup).

Purchases and subscriptions

Purchases are made through Google Play or the Apple App Store, under their terms, and are charged to your Google or Apple account. Items bought with real money come back after a reinstall when you sign in with the same Google or Apple account and tap "Restore purchases".

Pets on Focus Plus is offered as a monthly or annual subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase.

• A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Google Play or App Store account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for.
• Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• If you buy lifetime Plus while subscribed, the subscription keeps billing until you cancel it; the app cannot cancel it for you.

Refunds are handled by Google or Apple under their refund policies. If a purchase is refunded, what it unlocked is removed, and coins from a refunded coin pack are taken back (only as many as you still have).

On iOS, the Apple standard end user licence agreement (apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula) also applies.

Availability

We may change, add or remove features, pets or items, or stop offering the app. Paid items you own stay yours while the app is available.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable, but we don't promise it will be free of errors or always available. The app is a focus aid, not medical or professional advice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

How the app handles data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the app means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without affecting consumer protections of the country you live in.
